A custom claims-management platform for a property inspection company that left a national firm to run operations on his own terms. Five role-based portals — carrier, independent adjuster, scheduler, technician, and admin — replace spreadsheets and phone-tag with a single owned system. Carriers submit inspection requests; schedulers assign techs; field crews run inspections through a status workflow with audit logging. Services table drives RAF assessments and invoicing. Stages 1–4 are live: auth, case engine, submission queue, assignment, and inspection workflow. Fourteen UI screens prototyped; operational app running now.

A full operational infrastructure engagement for a family-owned luxury resort, not a website build, a platform. Booking engine, property management, guest portal, staff dashboards, and admin systems, engineered so expanded amenities don't require proportional staff growth. Bad weather is dead revenue at outdoor resorts; the platform routes guests to curated indoor experiences automatically. Assessment methodology: Matt's family visits the property on-site. How they experience the resort is how the guest experience gets judged and designed. 43+ resort photographs cataloged, full business intelligence gathered, Phase 3 of research complete. Everything built becomes reusable hospitality infrastructure, templatable for future resort clients.
