Three tools became one login.

How I built Landmark Baptist Church a website and media system the staff run themselves.

The church was juggling three disconnected tools. I pulled them into one system built so non-technical staff can manage everything: sermon uploads with automatic transcripts, member alerts, a resource library, and privacy-first anonymous accounts.

One login runs it. A member keeps it current himself, and nobody has to call me to post a sermon or add an event.

It’s live and in weekly use. As of November 2026 there are 15 sermons archived and 140+ prayer requests logged, with no monthly platform fee.
