Fourteen screens to a platform in production.

How I built a claims platform for a property inspection company that wanted to own its operation, not rent it.

It started as fourteen prototype screens. The owner had run claims on spreadsheets and phone calls, and every piece of industry software he looked at wanted a monthly fee for a tool that didn’t match how his teams actually work.

I mapped five roles (carrier, independent adjuster, scheduler, technician and admin) and put them all behind one login. Carriers submit inspection requests, schedulers assign techs, and field crews move each inspection through a status workflow with an audit log behind every step. A services table drives the RAF assessments and the invoicing.

I built it out in stages, design system and backend converging from the first demo, and it’s now in production use by the company and its customers. They own the code and the data.
