60 minutes mapping your practice: how you take clients, what your workflow looks like, what’s working and what isn’t. You leave with a clear plan and a fixed-price quote. $350, applied to your project if you move forward.

Design & Prototype

I design your site and system mockups based on your actual practice. You see everything before I write a line of code. Intake flow, scheduling, client portal. All mapped to how you work, not how a template thinks you should.

Build & Test

3–6 weeks of focused development. Weekly check-ins. You test with real client scenarios before we go live. I don’t ship until your team is comfortable using it.

Launch & Handoff

We go live together. Training, documentation, every credential in one handoff doc. Optional $500/month support for hosting, monitoring, and priority updates. No lock-in. Cancel anytime.

Common Questions from Practitioners

Is this HIPAA-compliant?
That depends on your practice and what data you’re storing. For practitioners who don’t handle insurance billing or medical records: doulas, wellness coaches, many therapists in private pay. The security foundations I build (HTTPS, encrypted at rest, access controls) are often sufficient. If you need full HIPAA compliance with a BAA, I’ll scope that during the Clarity Session and quote it as a separate line item. I won’t tell you it’s compliant if it isn’t.
Can I accept payments through the site?
Yes. Stripe integration. You get your own Stripe account (in your name, not mine), and payments settle in 2 business days. Stripe’s processing fee is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. No additional markup from me.
What if I need to add a second practitioner later?
Because you own the code, adding a practitioner is a development task, not a plan upgrade. I’ll quote the work, add their calendar and profile, and you’re done. No per-seat pricing.
Do I need to be technical to manage this?
No. The admin panel is designed for practitioners, not developers. Updating availability, reading intake submissions, managing client resources. It’s all point-and-click. I train you on launch day and you get a plain-English reference guide.
How does this handle client data and privacy?
Your data lives on a server in your name, not on my infrastructure, not on a shared platform. HTTPS everywhere, encrypted at rest, role-based access. You control who sees what. If a client asks you to delete their data, you can do it yourself, no support ticket.
What if I want to switch developers later?
You own the code, the database, the hosting account, and a plain-English handoff doc. Everything is built with standard tools: PHP or Node, plain HTML/CSS, no exotic framework. Any web developer can pick it up.
