The Simple Version

I build websites and systems for your business. You pay for the work. You own everything I build. Here are the details.

What You Get

• Full ownership of all code, design files, and content I create for you

• Documentation and credentials for everything I set up

• Training on how to manage your site or system

• Responsive communication within one business day

Payments

• $300/hr flat rate, billed as the work progresses

• Payments processed securely through Stripe

• No payment is due until the work is live and you’re satisfied

• Ongoing support is billed monthly or hourly, depending on your agreement

Scope & Changes

Every project starts with a clear scope. If you want to add something, I’ll let you know the cost and timeline before doing the work. No surprise bills.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide content, images, and feedback in a timely manner

• Review and approve work at agreed milestones

• Keep your login credentials secure

What I’m Responsible For

• Delivering work that matches the agreed scope

• Building things that work correctly and securely

• Being honest about what’s possible, what’s not, and what it costs

• Fixing bugs in my work at no charge for 30 days after delivery

Using This Website

Limitation of Liability

I take my work seriously and stand behind it. However, I’m not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services (like hosting providers or payment processors). My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
