The Short Version

I collect only what I need to do the work you hire me for. I don’t sell your data. I don’t share it with advertisers. I don’t track you across the internet.

What I Collect

When you contact me: Your name, email, phone number (if provided), and your message. This is stored securely so I can respond to you and manage our project.

When you use the client portal: Your login credentials (password is encrypted and never stored in plain text), project files, and messages exchanged between us.

When you make a payment: Payments are processed through Stripe. I never see or store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment security.

When you browse this site: This site uses Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, cookieless, under 1KB). No tracking cookies. No third-party trackers. Your theme preference is remembered in your browser session only.

How I Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiry and manage our project

• To send you project updates through the client portal

• To process payments through Stripe

• To improve how this site works (no personal data is used for this)

What I Don’t Do

• I don’t sell your information to anyone

• I don’t share your data with advertisers

• I don’t use tracking cookies or analytics scripts that follow you

• I don’t send marketing emails unless you ask me to

Where Your Data Lives

Your data is stored on a secure server managed by me. Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt. Sessions use httpOnly cookies that can’t be accessed by scripts. The server uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

Changes to This Policy

If I change how I handle your data, I’ll update this page and the date at the top. No surprises.
